Sondero Workshops

We run our company on Claude Code. We train your team on your real work.

Live, hands-on trainings for developers and revenue teams. Small groups, real workflows, built on your own accounts and your own code.

Why paid, why live

You leave with working agents.

No webinar. No slide marathon. Everyone builds in every session, on their own work, with us guiding live.

You leave with something

Every session ends with something you own.

Live and hands-on

Small groups with a hard cap. You build on screen while we watch.

Strictly level-separated

Beginner and advanced never share a room. Mixed cohorts fail.

Paid on purpose

Paying teams show up and ship. The fee comes off your Blueprint.

Voices

What people say after the workshop.

I had the licence for months and never got more out of it than autocomplete.

Oliver Oliver

After the first half-day my first agent was running. After the second there were three.

Cisar Lambert Cisar Lambert

We worked on our own repo, not on some sample project.

Tasja Little Tasja Little

I finally know what I can hand over and what I am better off doing myself.

René Kiwitt René Kiwitt

Small group, hard cap, nobody could hide. That is why it worked.

Enrico Köninger Enrico Köninger

The homework between the two sessions is what made it stick.

Daniel Seubert Daniel Seubert

They run their own company this way, and you notice it in the first ten minutes.

Benjamin Tattermusch Benjamin Tattermusch

Our team standard actually lives in the repo now. It had been on the list for months.

Marcel Scholl Marcel Scholl

I expected an overview session and walked out with a running agent.

Anja Schmidt Anja Schmidt

Two half-days, and afterwards it was clear where the manual work sits in our team.

Lukas Schmid Lukas Schmid

No lecture. We were building for most of the day.

Elisabeth Walther Elisabeth Walther

My prep takes two minutes now instead of twenty, and the quality did not drop.

Florian Lapiz Florian Lapiz

Every tutorial I had tried before ran on toy examples. This one ran on our code.

Philip Braches Philip Braches

I did not expect to leave with something I would actually use on Monday.

Mariam Sarwari Mariam Sarwari

The questions from the group were worth more than any slide.

Eddie Villmow Eddie Villmow

For the first time I understood why my prompts had not been working.

Laura Braksator Laura Braksator

We got more done in two half-days than in a quarter of good intentions.

Jan Fischer Jan Fischer

The map at the end turned a vague idea into something I could put in front of people.

Max Müller Max Müller

It was not about tools. It was about where our time disappears.

Ricardo Wehrmann Ricardo Wehrmann

I learned how to enable my sales team to use AI and highly recommend the course.

Yvonne Niehoff Yvonne Niehoff

None of it was theory. All of it ran on our own data.

Caroline Schönberg Caroline Schönberg

The first agent took longer than I thought. The second one took ten minutes.

Till Meyer Till Meyer

I never thought I would build something that keeps working for me.

Noemi Gomezdank Noemi Gomezdank

Those two know the places where projects like this usually get stuck.

Sebastian Schüler Sebastian Schüler

I was the sceptic in the room and I did not stay one.

Gertrud Mahnke Gertrud Mahnke

We stopped debating whether AI helps and started measuring it.

Daniel Sanko Daniel Sanko

Everyone had something of their own running at the end, not all the same example.

Nancy Langgartner Nancy Langgartner

What I took away I have used every day since.

Melike Besli Melike Besli

I finally found a way to get the paperwork off my desk.

Sandra Kientsch Sandra Kientsch

Clients

What clients say about working with us.

“We did not want an off-the-shelf training. Christoph and Kail first measured where our developers actually stood and built the two half-days around that. We put 15 developers through it, and the feedback from the groups was so clear that we scheduled the rollout straight away: four more groups with 24 participants. By the end of the second half-day our people had built 3 agents that they can put to work immediately.”
Alim Gülfirat Alim Gülfirat Director New Business
“We have been building CRM and sales systems for years, so I know pretty well where projects like these go wrong. Christoph and Kail don’t sell AI as an airy topic. They show you what runs at their own shop and then go through which process improvements actually pay off for the client. When someone asks me about AI consulting, I name Sondero.”
Timur Nurdogan Timur Nurdogan Co-Founder & Managing Director
Nala Ventures
“I make a lot of intros. For most of them I write two polite sentences and I’m out. When I introduce Sondero, I always add that I haven’t worked with anyone better in this field. I don’t say that about anyone else.”
Philipp Bechhaus Philipp Bechhaus Managing Director
Igelkind
“4 out of 5 emails I don’t even see anymore. The rest is sorted and waiting for me in the morning, with the reply already included. My wife isn’t an email person at all, she just glances at it and hits send. Before, that used to take one to two hours a day.”
Alexander Salaba Alexander Salaba Owner
“We build AI products ourselves, so I’m hard to impress on this topic. Christoph and Kail helped us first think through and then automate internal processes, which free up hours every week. They support us in multiple GTM topics and have provided valuable support throughout the entire project.”
Daniel Brusch Daniel Brusch CEO & Co-Founder
Fortitude
“We started with Sondero because every offer of ours began from scratch. Now it runs as a process. Short paths, clear answers, and nobody here had to read a manual.”
Linus Siebert Linus Siebert Founder

FAQ

Before you ask.

Do I need to be technical?

For the sales formats, no. If you can write an email, you can run these workflows. The developer format assumes you write code for a living.

What do I need to join?

A Claude subscription and a laptop. We send a short setup guide before the first session, and we check your setup live in session one.

What if I'm not sure which level I am?

You self-assess at signup and we check it briefly before the cohort starts. We keep levels strictly separate, because a mixed cohort loses both halves of the room.

Does this cover the EU AI Act training duty?

Article 4 requires AI literacy for staff working with AI systems. Our trainings are live, role-specific and documented.

Can we run a format in-house?

Yes. The dev and sales team formats run in-house for up to 10 people. The leadership workshop runs in-house too.

What language are the sessions in?

German by default. English cohorts open on request once enough seats ask for one.
