Example Agents for Sales Development

Agents that make cold outbound feel warm.

Intent Signal Aggregator

Twelve buyer-signal sources (job change, funding, hiring, tech-adds, content engagement) ranked into one list, daily.

12 signals tracked

Trigger-Based Outbound

Outbound only fires when a real signal lands. Static lists become event-driven.

Fires on real signals

Personalized First-Lines

One opener per prospect from their actual context: recent post, role change, company news. No "I came across your profile."

1 line per prospect

Multi-Channel Sequencer

Email, LinkedIn and voice in one cadence per prospect. Channel sprawl ends here.

Email · LinkedIn · voice

Step by Step

Scroll horizontally. Each step shows what the engine actually does at that moment.

Step 1

Define ICP & Tiers

Your ICP becomes rules a machine can run. Tier 1 gets a letter. Tier 3 gets a template.

Step 2

Intent & Trigger Signals

Twelve sources collapsed into one ranked warm-now list. Refreshed every morning before 6am.

Step 3

Build & Enrich Lists

Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn. Deduped, validated, scored against your ICP rules.

Step 4

Deliverability & Warmup

Domain warmup, sender rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC on day one. Replies land in the inbox, not the spam folder.

Step 5

Personalized First Lines

Account-context-aware openers tied to a real signal. AI drafts, a human reviews tier-1.

Step 6

Account Landing Pages

Tier-1 prospects see a domain-level page built for them. Generated from CRM data, no designer.

Step 7

Multi-Channel Sequence

Email, LinkedIn, voice, retargeting, handwritten letter. 1 orchestrated cadence per prospect.

Step 8

Replies & Score Intent

Every reply, every channel, one inbox. Auto-classified, scored 1–10, handed to the Deal Engine.

Step 9

Sync CRM & Notify AE

Qualified replies push to HubSpot or Attio with full context. A Slack alert hits the right AE.

How the Outbound Engine fits your stack, your data, and your compliance.

How does the Outbound Engine fit into our existing stack?

The Outbound Engine runs inside the tools you already use. It pulls prospect lists from Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, writes every record to your CRM (HubSpot or Attio), and posts alerts to your AEs in Slack. Where two tools don't talk to each other, n8n covers the gap. There is no new dashboard to log into and no retraining.

Is this a tool we run ourselves, or is it done-for-you?

The Outbound Engine is done-for-you. Sondero builds it against a signed-off spec, wires it into your systems, and operates it, including the evals, prompt versioning, and deliverability monitoring that keep it running. It is not a self-service SaaS product you administer. The first version is typically live in about two weeks.

Is it GDPR-compliant, and where does our data live?

The Outbound Engine is set up to match your compliance requirements. When you need strict data residency, it can run entirely on German and EU infrastructure. Where you are open to a model provider outside the EU, that step runs under a data-processing agreement with no training on your data. An AVV is ready to sign, GDPR documentation is included, and the working data stays inside your own systems.

What does the Outbound Engine need from us to start?

The Outbound Engine needs three things to start: your ICP definition, the sending domains and mailboxes it will send from, and access to your CRM. From there it aggregates buyer signals across twelve sources and builds the outreach for you. Nothing goes live until you have signed off on the spec.

Will running cold outbound burn our domain reputation?

The Outbound Engine protects deliverability by design. It handles domain warmup, rotates senders, and keeps SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured correctly, with continuous blocklist monitoring. Because it fires only on real buyer signals instead of blasting an entire list, sending volume stays defensible and your primary domain stays clean.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT to write cold emails?

The Outbound Engine watches twelve buyer-signal sources (job changes, funding, hiring, content engagement) and fires only when a real signal lands. It writes each opening line from that specific context and runs the cadence across email, LinkedIn, and voice, all inside your own systems. ChatGPT writes a message when you ask; the Outbound Engine decides who to contact and when.
