Lead Enrichment & ICP-Fit Scoring

Every new lead enriched in thirty seconds: firmographics, tech stack, role, ICP-fit score. No more CRM guessing game.

Enriched in 30 seconds

ICP from Customer Lifetime

Re-derives the ICP each quarter from who actually paid, expanded and stayed. Not from last year's spreadsheet.

Step by Step

Scroll horizontally. Each step shows what the engine actually does at that moment.

Step 1

Sync All Contacts

Forms, outbound tools, events and apps land in HubSpot or Attio. n8n covers the gaps. The record is finally complete.

Step 2

Clean Records

ZeroBounce or Kickbox validate emails. Twilio Lookup validates phones. Stale records flagged, duplicates merged.

Step 3

Enrich Records

Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, PDL, Crunchbase fill in firmographics, technographics, funding stage and headcount.

Step 4

Lead Intelligence

News, funding, launches and hiring trends pulled in continuously via n8n. The context lives on the record.

Step 5

Score & Segment

Every lead scored 1–10 via Clay plus AI. Segments built on the combined signal of fit and intent.

Step 6

Choose Playbook

Each segment maps to a clear action plan in HubSpot or Attio workflows. The next step is never improvised.

Step 7

Revive Closed Lost

Deals lost months ago re-open when signals change: new VP, competitor switch, funding round. Pipeline returns.

Step 8

Champions Change Jobs

Past champions tracked across job moves via Sales Navigator. They land somewhere new, outreach triggers automatically.

Step 9

Reactivate Ex-Clients

Churned customers with fixable reasons get queued. Some come back. Many provide referrals on the way.

Step 10

Trigger Actions

Sequences start, tasks assign, alerts fire. The execution layer does not wait on a human to remember.

Step 11

Update Fields

Scores, stages, owners and properties stay current in HubSpot or Attio. The CRM reflects reality, not last quarter's.

Questions, answered.

How the RevOps Engine fits your stack, your data, and your compliance.

How does the RevOps Engine fit into our existing stack?

The RevOps Engine runs inside the CRM you already use — HubSpot or Attio — and the tools around it, with n8n covering the gaps between them. It plugs into your existing data sources (ZeroBounce or Kickbox, Twilio Lookup, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, Sales Navigator) rather than replacing them. There is no new SaaS to buy, no new dashboard, and no new logins for your team.

Is this a tool we run ourselves, or is it done-for-you?

The RevOps Engine is done-for-you. Sondero builds it, wires it into your CRM, and operates it — it is not a self-service SaaS tool your ops team logs into and runs. You get a clean CRM and an honest forecast; we handle the setup, the monitoring, and the upkeep.

Is it GDPR-compliant, and where does our data live?

The RevOps Engine is set up to match your compliance requirements. When you need strict data residency, it can run entirely on German and EU infrastructure. Where you are open to a model provider outside the EU, that step runs under a data-processing agreement with no training on your data. An AVV is ready to sign, GDPR documentation is included, and the working data stays inside your own systems.

What access and data does the RevOps Engine need?

The RevOps Engine needs access to your CRM (HubSpot or Attio) and API keys for the data sources it draws on — email validation (ZeroBounce or Kickbox), phone validation (Twilio Lookup), and enrichment providers like Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, PDL, or Crunchbase. From there it syncs contacts, validates and enriches records, and keeps fields current without your team touching the pipeline.

How is this different from a data-enrichment SaaS we could just buy?

The RevOps Engine is not another enrichment tool your ops team has to operate. A data-enrichment SaaS hands you a product and a login; the RevOps Engine is built and run for you, working continuously inside your CRM — merging duplicates, scoring leads, reviving closed-lost deals when signals change, and tracking champions across job moves. You keep the clean data instead of maintaining the tool.

How long until the RevOps Engine is live?

The RevOps Engine follows Sondero's standard build: nothing ships without a signed-off spec, and the first workflow is typically live in about two weeks. After that it runs continuously and stays monitored — with evals, prompt versioning, and pipeline-level metrics — so the CRM keeps improving rather than drifting out of date.
