Thirty minutes before every call: account history, recent moves, decision-makers, and the question that opens the room.

30 min before every call

Proposal & Quote Automation

Scope, pricing and customer stories become a branded proposal draft in ten minutes. Edited, not built.

Stakeholder Map Builder

Step by Step

Scroll horizontally. Each step shows what the engine actually does at that moment.

Step 1

Meeting Prep & Research

A briefing lands 30 minutes before every call. Attendee bios, company news, recent funding, prior touches.

Step 2

Discovery & Note Capture

Granola or Gong records and transcribes. Notes, stage and next step write back to HubSpot or Attio in real time.

Step 3

Stakeholder Map

Call mentions, emails and CRM signals build the org chart. Champion, blocker, influencer all mapped.

Step 4

Mutual Action Plan

A co-built timeline lands in the buyer's inbox after every meaningful call. Tasks, dates, both sides committed.

Step 5

Battlecards & Objections

Win-loss data feeds a dynamic library. Type the objection, get the three responses that closed similar deals.

Step 6

ROI & Proposal

Discovery inputs become a custom value model and a proposal draft. The math is done before pricing stalls.

Step 7

Contract & Redline

Legal markup compared against your playbook. Responses back in under an hour, and the contract cycle compresses.

Step 8

Reply & Response Handling

Every reply, every channel, one inbox. Auto-classified, scored 1–10, AI-drafted, rep approves in one click.

Step 9

Post-Meeting Actions

Transcripts produce a task list with assignees and deadlines. Tasks flow to the right person automatically.

Questions, answered.

How the Deal Engine fits your stack, your data, and your compliance.

How does the Deal Engine fit into our existing stack?

The Deal Engine runs inside the systems your team already uses. It connects to your CRM (HubSpot or Attio) and your call recorder (Granola or Gong), with n8n covering the gaps between them. There is no new SaaS to buy, no extra logins, and no separate dashboard your reps have to learn.

Do we run the Deal Engine ourselves, or does Sondero build and operate it?

The Deal Engine is done-for-you. Sondero builds it against a signed-off spec and then runs it inside your own systems. It is not a self-service tool you log into and configure yourself; your reps keep working in their CRM and call recorder while the engine handles prep and drafting in the background.

Is the Deal Engine GDPR-compliant, and where does our data live?

The Deal Engine is set up to match your compliance requirements. When you need strict data residency, it can run entirely on German and EU infrastructure. Where you are open to a model provider outside the EU, that step runs under a data-processing agreement with no training on your data. An AVV is ready to sign, GDPR documentation is included, and the working data stays inside your own systems.

Does the Deal Engine close deals for our reps?

The Deal Engine does not close deals for your reps. It handles the preparation and drafting: meeting research before each call, discovery notes written back to the CRM, stakeholder maps, battlecards from your win-loss data, ROI models, proposal drafts, and contract redlines against your playbook. Your rep runs the call, makes the decisions, and approves everything before it goes out.

How is this different from having reps prep with ChatGPT?

The Deal Engine runs inside your CRM and call recorder, works from your own win-loss data, pricing, and playbook, and writes notes, stages, and next steps straight back into the deal record. It is wired into your real sales workflow and monitored. Prompting ChatGPT gets your reps one answer at a time; the Deal Engine briefs every call and drafts every deal artifact automatically.

What does the Deal Engine need from us, and how soon is it live?

The Deal Engine needs access to your CRM, your call recording tool, and your proposal and pricing inputs. Your win-loss data and playbook sharpen the battlecards and drafts it produces. Nothing ships without a signed-off spec, and the first workflow is typically live in about two weeks.
